Dr. Hank Lawson is played by Mark Feuerstein. Â  Talented and intelligent Hank Lawson is fired from his New York hospital position when he decides to treat a young boy rather than paying close attention to an elderly, rich, hospital trustee. His brother Evan takes him to party in the Hamptons where he ends up becoming a concierge doctor for the rich and elite.

Evan is Hank's younger brother. He takes Hank to the Hamptons to help cheer him up and ends up finding him a new job. He makes himself CFO of HankMed, Hank's concierge doctor service.

Divya Katdare is played by Reshma Shetty. Â  Divya is Hank's pushy and intelligent physician's assistant. Her family is wealthy but she loves her job and enjoys helping out.Â

Jill Casey is played by Jill Flint. Â  Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Jill is the administrator of Hamptons Heritage Hospital, the hospital that all of the rich and elite residents look down on. She and Hank have a very obvious romantic spark.
