Royal Pains: "There Will Be Food" Review

Separating the parts of an egg is an abomination.

June 12, 2009 - Two episodes are in the bag and I admit I'm really liking Royal Pains. A lot of its premise is borrowed from Burn Notice (a guy gets fired from his job and is forced to take up small jobs to get by) and it makes for a great Thursday night of television on USA.

Really good pilots tend to be followed up by a couple of somewhat mediocre episodes as so much emphasis is put on making that pilot look good, but with Royal Pains they kept the quality high in this second (by air order, third by production order) episode.
