In summer, we feel less guilty about guilty pleasures. And "Royal Pains" is just what the doctor ordered for a shameless seasonal fling: a cute doctor, his entertaining brother, the Hamptons, scantily clad snobs, and the estimable Campbell Scott playing a German billionaire - accent and all. What's not to like? Mark Feuerstein plays Hank, a hotshot emergency room doctor who gets buried in lawsuits when a rich patient dies. His fiancée leaves him and Hank would rather wallow in his misery, but even Netflix has frozen his account. So his brother Evan - the roguish Paulo Costanzo - drags him out of his apartment and to the Hamptons for a debauched bash at. "A guy's flying in ice from Antarctica just for the cocktails!" pleads Evan.
